 Registration and Payment

To confirm your place in a workshop, all monies must be paid in full by the date specified. Any bookings made in advance require a 50% deposit/full payment to confirm the date. 

The workshop cost includes the tuition fee only unless stated otherwise in the workshop overview.

Travel

All participants are responsible for making their way to the workshop. All travel during the workshop is not included unless specifically noted in the inclusions list for the workshop content.

Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy

If Shelley Pearson cancels the workshop, money will be refunded less any charges.

No refund will be given if you cancel within ten days of the workshop date unless the spot is filled then money will be refunded. If you have booked and paid for a Workshop but are unable to attend on the workshop date, you can transfer (valid for six months) you’re booking to the next workshop or Shelley offers something similar.

*Cancellation of a booking cannot be refunded or transferred (7) days prior to the workshop date.

Cancellation of a booking, must be in writing/email to Shelley Pearson Photography.

Liability

This section defines Shelley Pearson Photography's responsibility with respect to all workshops.  PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.  Payment for your booking represents your acceptance of all terms and conditions as outlined in this document.

Shelley Pearson Photography has no liability for any damages, losses, or expenses of whatever cause or nature, including those resulting directly or indirectly from weather, acts of God, annoyance, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft or criminal activity of any kind, government regulations, etc., over which it has no control.

When attending a workshop by Shelley Pearson participants acknowledge that they are aware of risks and are physically capable of safely taking part in the workshop. Shelley Pearson will not be responsible or held liable for any injury, illness or loss of personal property or expenses associated with participating in the workshop.

Upon payment of the workshop fee, you are agreeing to all the above conditions and are bound by the booking conditions.
